What is the expert onboarding and how does it work?

After you subscribe, you fill in a short onboarding form (company details, data files, GL account tags). The Dariba team then sets up your column mapping and runs a test analysis internally to verify everything works before you run your first live review. You get an email when your account is ready — usually within 2 business days.

What counts as one review?

A review covers one VAT return period — monthly or quarterly. Your entitlement resets at the start of each billing period. Running the same period twice after correcting an upload error counts as two reviews.

What is the Dariba remediation plan (Resolve tier)?

After your review, the Dariba team prepares a written remediation plan that maps each finding to the relevant ZATCA article and provides step-by-step resolution guidance. The plan is delivered as a PDF to your registered email within 3 business days.

How does the advisory on the Advise tier work?

You get 2 hours of live video call time per month with the Dariba compliance team, bookable via Zoom or Teams. Use them for ZATCA queries, return planning, audit prep, or any VAT compliance matter specific to your business.

Can I upload data in any format?

Yes. The column mapper handles arbitrary XLSX and CSV layouts. Your expert onboarding sets up the mapping once — after that, the tool remembers your column layout for every subsequent period.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in an isolated tenant with org-scoped row-level security. Raw files are auto-purged after 90 days. Processing is entirely server-side — files are never executed on the client. Full PDPL posture including a delete-everything endpoint.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact us to move to Enterprise.
